1. Analyze Codly’s internal processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
2. Track and analyze business, project, revenue, and operational data
3. Build reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making
4. Support planning and execution of SaaS, AI, web, mobile, and automation initiatives
5. Research competitors, technologies, pricing, and new business opportunities
6. Document business requirements, workflows, SOPs, and project processes
7. Coordinate between technical, business, and client-facing teams
8. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions
Requirements
• MBA/BBA/B.Tech or a related degree; MBA candidates preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business thinking skills
• Good understanding of IT systems and digital products
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
• Basic understanding of software development, SaaS, AI, or automation
• Strong communication, documentation, and research skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
